Are all your products authentic?

Yes. All items sold by ZittoGroup are 100% authentic, sourced from trusted U.S. suppliers and retailers.

We do not sell replicas, fakes, or used items. Every product ships in original packaging where applicable.

How fast do you ship orders?

We ship within 24 hours from our Illinois warehouse (Monday–Saturday).

Delivery times:

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–4 business days



Every order includes tracking.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy.

If your item is unused and in original condition, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

What if my tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive the package?

Please allow 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan early.

If still missing, contact us — we’ll:

  2. Open an investigation with USPS/UPS
